Libya: ICC issued the verdict of the extradition of Seif-al-islam

The international criminal Court rejected the request of Tripoli, on Friday, May 31st, not to follow el-Islam Kaddafi in The Hague. The arm wrestling goes on between ICC and Libya, which argue right to judge the son of Mouammar Kaddafi.

About 170 prisoners got away on Tuesday from a prison of the city of Sebha, located in the south of the Libyan capital Tripoli, to a local representative. Abobker Hamza, spokeswoman of the local advice of Sebha, pointed out that escape had followed a dispute between the prisoners.
